    Not if he’s not living with you. If he is living with you, then yes.

    Yes, they don’t want you getting assistance that you do not need, If you are married you need to act as married couples do and support one another.

    Most states will make you take him to court for child support, if there are kids involved

    you have to provide all imformation posible about yours income.

    If you live with him they will count his income. If you don’t, they won’t. If you have kids they will force you to get child support from him or they won’t assist you at all. Good luck.
