I need Assistance with money are there any government programs that would help me till i get settled?

I am currently working, my husband is disabled and can’t work because of his disability is to extreme, he receives social security but this is not enough still, he got sick and i did too we fell back on bills and most of them are past due. what are some programs that I would be able to apply for while i get settled again?

    most people in your case get help from job and family services. they have programs that help with rent and other bills. i dont know what state you live in, but heres the website for my state
